PURPOSE
These General Conditions govern the purchase of the products offered on the website www.vinumqr.com, owned by SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. (Tax ID B19492297).
Purchasing any of the products entails the full, unconditional acceptance of all the present General Conditions, without prejudice to any Particular Conditions that may apply when purchasing specific products.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notice; therefore, we recommend that you read them carefully before purchasing any of the products offered.

All notices and communications between users and SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. shall be deemed effective, for all purposes, when made via any of the methods detailed above.
The products on offer, together with their main characteristics and prices, are displayed on screen.
SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. reserves the right, at any time, to decide which products and/or services are offered. Accordingly, new products and/or services may be added—or any of the existing ones removed—without prior notice.
Purchasing certain products may require the USER to subscribe or register, for which SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. will provide a username and password that identify and enable the user to access the products.
Once on www.vinumqr.com, to purchase products the User must follow all instructions in the purchase process, which implies reading and accepting all the general and particular conditions set by SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L.
Note: Registration may be completed at the start of the visit or after products have been placed in the shopping cart.
PRODUCTS
SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. aims to guarantee the availability of all products advertised on www.vinumqr.com. If a requested product is unavailable or out of stock, the client will be notified by email as soon as possible.
If a product is unavailable, after informing the customer, SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. may supply a product of similar characteristics at no extra cost. The customer may accept or reject it and exercise the right of withdrawal.
Should the entire order (or part of it) be unavailable and the client reject any replacement products, any amount already paid will be refunded using the same payment method.
If SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. unreasonably delays the refund, the customer may claim twice the amount due.
To make any purchase on www.vinumqr.com the customer must be of legal age.
Registration on www.vinumqr.com is also required via a data-collection form providing truthful, accurate, and complete information, and expressly accepting the Privacy Policy of SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L.
Steps to purchase:
Select products and add them to the cart (showing items, quantity, price, and total).
Go to the cart (a non-binding quote until confirmed).
Register as a customer if not already done.
Verify billing data and shipping address.
Choose the shipping method.
Select payment method and complete payment.
The purchase order will be saved under “My Account” on the website.
We recommend printing or saving a durable copy of the sales conditions and the receipt emailed by SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L.
INVOICING
An invoice will be sent with your order (or emailed if you request it when ordering).
PRODUCTS
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery area: Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands.
Methods & Timeframes
Courier services (POSTAL EXPRESS, SEUR, UPS, STD, etc.)
Delivery time: 3–5 working days (maximum).
All prices on www.vinumqr.com are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
VAT rate: 21 %
Shipping costs: Free
Prices may change at any time, but the applicable price is the one in force at the time of ordering. The final cost is shown to the customer during the electronic purchase process before confirming the order.
Credit or Debit Card – Secure SSL payment gateway. Any refund will be made to the same card.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (per RD 1/2007).
Exceptions:
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
PRODUCTS
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to inform SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. of the decision to withdraw.
Within 14 days of notification, SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L. will refund the amount paid using the same payment method (provided the product is not excluded as above).
Complete the withdrawal form (attached at the end of the original document) and email it to SALTO DE LÍNEA S.L.. A durable acknowledgement will be sent.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in original packaging, with all accessories, and unused.
The company will cover the cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract in accordance with consumer-protection law.
If the product is non-conforming, the consumer may choose repair or replacement—both free of charge and within a reasonable time. If non-conformity persists, the consumer may demand a price reduction or termination.

These conditions are governed by current Spanish law.
