This red wine is aged for 150 days on its lees and matured in concrete tanks.

Grape Variety: Garnacha from old vines
Vineyard Origin: Old-vine Garnacha planted as bush vines, dry-farmed, on clay-limestone soils.
Harvest Method: Hand-picked.
Vinification & Ageing:

Seven-day pre-fermentation maceration.

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts at 24 °C for three weeks.

Malolactic fermentation also carried out in concrete.

The wine then rests on its lees in the same tanks for five months with regular bâtonnage.
Tasting Note: Deep, bright cherry-red with violet flashes. Highly expressive on the nose, led by red-fruit aromas. The palate is smooth and medium-to-long, with a luscious mouthfeel; fruity flavours dominate, balanced by a refreshing acidity.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 14 °C. Perfect with red meats, game dishes, aged cheeses, hearty starters, and appetisers.
